1. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
All items at Gemuxe are made to order and typically require between 1 to 6 business days for preparation. Estimated delivery dates are available on each product page and will also be included in your order confirmation email. If your order is delayed under circumstance, we will inform you in advance. 

Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations
Gemuxe offers shipping to Canada, the USA, and international locations. We provide standard shipping to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For expedited delivery, you may select one of our Express Shipping options at checkout.

3. Shipping Times by Region:

  • Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • USA:

    • Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • International:

    • Delivery typically ranges from 15 to 25 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Additional time may be required for deliveries to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes, or remote locations.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely.

5. Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes that may arise upon import in their country/region. By placing an order, you authorize Gemuxe to act on your behalf for customs clearance, and you agree to cover any associated fees.

6. Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to being unclaimed or failure to pay customs duties, please contact us at info@gemuxe.ca with your order number. We can assist you in resolving the issue. However it is customer's responsibility to reach out to us. 

If the return is due to an address error provided by you, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us and provide us the correct address for assistance.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, Gemuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact us at info@gemuxe.ca for any concerns regarding lost or stolen items. We will provide guidance on next steps.

8. International Transaction Fees
Foreign transaction fees may apply for purchases made from outside your home country. These fees, typically ranging from 1% to 3%, are imposed by your credit card issuer and do not benefit Gemuxe.
