How to Measure Your Ring Size
Using an Existing Ring
- Measure the diameter (mm) of a ring that fits the desired finger.
- Refer to the Ring Sizing Chart below to find your size.
Using Your Finger
- Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, just above the knuckle.
- Mark the point where the two ends meet.
- Measure the length of the paper from mark to mark to find your circumference (mm).
- Use the Ring Sizing Chart below to locate your size.

- The average ring size for women is 7.00.
- The average ring size for men is 10.00.
